What happens in my consultation?
Wedding or Event Styling Consultation

Our styling consultations are for those planning an event or wedding that want guidance and expertise on how to bring all aspects together aesthetically. From small décor items, signage, florals to having our team deliver and setup – we can chat through all options for you.
We can discuss the following during your consultation:
Overall event including timings, logistics and overall styling details
Small hire and furniture options
Florals
Signage and stationery requirements
Figure out the best placement for items on your tables, your signage and other key areas
Setup and packdown
Look at your budget and how you can maximise value
What to expect:
You’ll meet with one of our stylists to go through your overall event and goals
After your consultation, your stylist will put together a full proposal. This will include images of the products, and specific recommendations of items and quantities for your styling down to your tables, and other areas of your event so you have a clear idea of what goes where. You will receive this within 2 weeks of your consultation.
Wedding Planning Consultation

Our wedding planning consultations are perfect for clients who need some help at any stage of their planning journey. These can be booked in at any time you require assistance and are open to multiple consultations so you be well supported during your planning.
We have many areas we can discuss and assist, including:
Budgeting
Finding vendors and our recommendations
Guest list and RSVPs
Overall flow of your day
Transportation of guests
Creating runsheets
Family/friend boundaries or issues causing distress
Sorting specific details of your styling and setup
What to expect:
You’ll meet with one of our team to go through your requirements and what you’d like to discuss during your consultation.
After your consultation, we will provide you with access to our exclusive VIP area which has resources and other tools to make assist with your wedding planning.
If you require additional catch-up sessions with us, you are welcome to book in additional consultations. This is a great way to have someone by your side, as you need them.
What happens after my consultation?
If you’ve come in for a Wedding Planning Consultation, we will send out further information and an overview of what we discussed, along with any tools and resources we think will be truly helpful to you.
For our Wedding and Event Styling and Hire Consultations, we will send out a full proposal for you to review. These typically take up to 10 working days to prepare your full quote depending on the complexities we spoke about.
If any additional information emerges after our consultation that would be beneficial to us, please email us so we can include it in your quote or answer these questions for you.

FAQ
“I have some questions and want to view how products will go together, do I need to book in a consultation?”
Yes, our consultations are for clients who want that extra experience and assistance and expertise. We otherwise provide all information and photos on our website for any hire, but if this isn’t sufficient and we can’t answer your questions without a consultation then this is an additional service we can provide for you.
Can I just pop in, do I need to book a consultation?
Unfortunately all consultations need to be booked in and paid for prior.
We aren’t readily available as we are often off-site, working and planning for our clients and we need the time set aside to make sure we can be fully prepared for your consultation.
How long is the consultation?
All consultations are scheduled 60 mins. We often have back-to-back appointments or tasks, and we please ask for you to be on time as we can’t run over the allotted time.
When will I receive my full quote?
We aim to have your quote within 10 business days.
